Thank you, Mr. Speaker. I will check with my staff and my office to see when I was first informed of it, by whom, and share that with the Members. Thank you. As I have said, this was a Cabinet decision in August. We had a Minister designated to initiate action to implement a decision. It was left with the Minister responsible for the Power Corporation. A rate application was made in early September. The Minister was traveling at the time, and I think the first Cabinet meeting that was held following his return was the meeting two weeks ago.
