Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, this government handles many contracts over the course of a year. There are many circumstances to be considered. Sometimes they may not be evident to all of us in the same way, but there is reason for the actions we take and we are at the Legislature here to be accountable for the decisions we make.
