Thank you, Mr. Chairman. You will recall that clause -- let me just make sure that I have this right -- that clause 17 of the bill was amended by a motion. Clause 17 provided in the amended clause that commission members could be paid honouraria. So this motion amends the regulation-making power under section 74 to allow the commissioner to make regulations dealing with the term, honouraria, or remuneration payable to a Human Rights Commissioner. It is almost like a consequential amendment arising from the amendment of clause 17.
