Mr. Chairman, I MOVE that Bill 1 be amended by:
(8) renumbering clause 13 as sub-clause 13(1); and
(b) adding the following after sub-clause 13(1)(2):
nothing in this subsection (1) shall be construed so as to interfere with the free expression of opinion on any subject. Thank you, Mr. Chairman.
