Thank you, Mr. Speaker. I apologize if I have to smile, but the seriousness of this question is the fact that we assess rents based on total household gross income, between 6 and 30 percent for the majority of the communities across the Northwest Territories. That will help pay for the utility cost, and also to write down some of the mortgages that remain on those units. That is the purpose of our rent scales based on income. Thank you.
