Thank you, Mr. Speaker. I am not sure of the details, Mr. Lafferty, but if I can sit with you after I will get more details from you on this. I did have some and I believe it was last week that we had this situation. I asked my department to ensure they look into it. I will do so again, Mr. Speaker. We do have to work, because of the rule of the age of majority, the responsibility lies with Health and Social Services under the age of 19. As I say, it is of concern so we have to address it.
