I am not sure, we have diverted here from some questions on graduation requirements to whether we would be interested in paying for some students which I believe the honourable Member, Mr. Nitah, referred to earlier as were judged to be below grade level. Mr. Speaker, no we cannot. We have a school system whereby our students can enter and participate in our school system. If they are below grade level, there may be various reasons for that and I cannot judge that at this point, Mr. Speaker.
