Mr. Speaker, the funding that comes from the Government of the Northwest Territories to assist trappers does go to community organizations, be it band councils, hunters or trappers associations or committees. There is a funding arrangement there, a contribution agreement that we have to look at to see how we could work with the local recipients of this funding that disperses to the trappers, to see if we could have some influence in making sure the trappers who do trap are involved in the decisions of how this money gets dispersed.
