It is difficult to understand the question, but again if there is emphasis to be placed on the specific area then obviously we need to look at our public housing program and how we deliver it in terms of those who are in need and those who cannot afford home-ownership. Obviously our obligation is to then take a look at those who would qualify under our public housing program, and there is a process in place where we have agents in the communities who have a board of directors that would evaluate the clients through an application process. If that is the gist of the question, then that would be my reply. Thank you.
