Thank you, Mr. Chairman. No, it is our policy that we do not infringe on the markets. Our intent is to work with the private developers to ensure that when we do put social housing in the housing markets, it is for our clients. We want to make them aware that we are not infringing on the private market, but more so to ensure that, as other Members questioned us, what do we do with those people on the top end of our public housing unit rental scales that do qualify for either EDAP or IHP programs.
