Mahsi cho, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, my question is for the Minister of Education, Culture and Employment. Mr. Speaker, it takes a community, it takes a family to encourage education and to teach children. In those communities that have a good graduation rate and a good progressive education rate, I would like to ask the Minister if the parents are involved in schools that have what would be considered a good education system?
