Mr. Speaker, I would like to know from the Minister exactly what is his department doing to educate the public regarding these high statistics, and making them aware that we do have a problem and that we definitely have to take some stringent action to ensure that we implement some policies and procedures, and ensure that we have the expenditures in place to deal with these problems.
