What is included, for example, in block funding transfers to communities? Yesterday, I was given information in response to my question about, for example, water and sewer development and how that broke down for tax-based municipalities. For other community infrastructure, for example, in the area of sport and recreation and any facilities of that nature, what is the breakdown? What would a tax-based community like Inuvik have to come up with when it comes to a recreation facility? As well, with respect to road development, what would the community of Inuvik have to come up with or what would they be eligible for in government dollars? Thank you.
