Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, I will not use my full allotment of time here. For the record, I want to state that I will not be supporting this initiative. Based on my initial stance on this bill as a Member of the 13th Assembly, I cannot support this at this time. I feel that it is not appropriate for me, again with my initial stance, that saw a previous plan of this nature go down in the 13th Assembly. I could not support it coming back in the 14th Assembly.
