Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Thank you, colleagues. Mr. Speaker, I feel very strongly that we as legislators need to ensure that we have a strong, viable health care system. If there are constructive changes made to our health care system, we need to be assured that our programs are delivered in such a way as to ensure both accountability and efficiency.
