Thank you, Mr. Speaker. I believe I heard the Minister say that he wanted to have things finalized by the end of the summer. I will assume that is the answer, unless I hear differently from him. Is the Minister preparing also to make a presentation to his colleague, the Minister of Finance, to demonstrate how the money that it may cost to do this can be recovered by keeping more jobs in the North and by keeping more residents in the North, taking into account such things as the transfer of funds from the federal government?
