The relationship between the Yellowknife Housing Association and the NWT Housing Corporation is that they are an agent of our corporation delivering the social housing program locally. One of the key points to try to put our public housing tenants into private home ownership is that we have now adopted a policy where we will work with those tenants who are at the core need threshold income levels over the next several months to put them into home ownership programs.
