Mr. Speaker, continuing my line of questioning, trying to bring out some factors of what is driving the cost of this North Slave Correction Centre up, I heard Minister Steen say that when they went south for proposals for cost effectiveness, or whatever it costs to build this facility, you mentioned that there were no facilities down south like it to compare the prices to.

I would like to know, Mr. Speaker, what was the difference between this project and any projects down south that they could not come up with a price to establish what it would cost to build this facility? Thank you, Mr. Speaker.
