Mr. Speaker, that is exactly my point, for those communities that were not able to take part in this program, which is there to assist communities to get people trained so they can train other people in the communities. At present, the communities I represent are not part of this program. How do those communities that did not take part in this program have an opportunity to do so in the future? Will that opportunity still be there?
