Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, there was a diamond manufacturer's license proposed act that has gone off for consultation with all of the stakeholders. The results of this consultation on the discussion paper entitled A Proposal for the Northwest Territories Diamond Manufacturing Act, is being reviewed and it will shortly be going to Cabinet for their review. Eventually, out of this review, we would probably proceed with a legislative proposal. Thank you.
