Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Indeed I recall the issue being raised, I believe I was one of the ones who raised it three or three-and-a-half years ago to see where the municipal elected level of government would be included. The idea of the forum, I recall that. But from the information we're receiving from the mayors and the discussion I had with Mayor Van Tighem this morning, there has been no communication, there has been no forum, there has been none of this exchange of information with the municipal government. As we edge closer; for instance, with the Tlicho agreement, we now have tangible agreements in sight and the municipalities are rightly concerned about how they are going to be involved and included in decisions. Would the Premier please outline how he's going to implement this forum; this promised forum? Thank you.
