Yes, Mr. Chairman. This was raised, as you mentioned, during standing committee review of the bill and, yes, it's important to deal with youth before they get into trouble with the law. I think there's a recognition on the part of the department and we're certainly working with other departments to see what we can do as social envelope departments to work with youth so that they don't end up in the correctional system.
