Mr. Speaker, the way we try to find out about it or try to find out how and why we don't get this special economic development money from the federal government is that simply they haven't budgeted for it in their budgetary process at all. As much as we try from all our different lobbying efforts, we don't seem to be making any headway with the federal government to have this type of extraordinary funding to help us in the development of our economy in their budget.
