Mr. Speaker, once again, when I asked the Minister about when the final direction or approval is given by Cabinet, what date was that? He went on for some time about the process but never really came to a date, so I'd like to know for the record from the Minister, what date was made for the decision on the Sahtu Health and Social Services Authority?
