I thank the Minister for that. This is just the type of legislation that I think the Northwest Territories needs. It is an important area that government needs to take the lead role in. Recycling has to be easier for us to do if we really expect to see a response. If it's very difficult, if it's onerous, there are all kinds of hoops to jump through, we found that people don't make the effort to recycle. So the easier we can make it, the better.
