Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, my question is directed to the Minister of Education, Culture and Employment in the area of my Member's statement. I would like to know from the Minister what his department has done in conjunction with the Department of Health and Social Services to try and address the growing concerns around the special needs in the classrooms across the North.
