Thank you, Mr. Chairman. This is an important vehicle for waste reduction and recovery in the NWT of reusable items. This is the first step. We want to do it right. We will commit to a plain language presentation to the public and have an advisory committee involving all the different stakeholders and engage the MLAs. Let's do it together and do it right.
