Mr. Speaker, yes. Our intention here is to try to put together a good plan so that we know exactly what we require. It's fine to get all the strategies together and have all these meetings and have a good plan of action but, at the end of the day, usually strategy and planning here in this government requires additional dollars and this is what we're trying to compile through the strategy.
