Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, I am glad he can get back to us, but there are a lot of seniors in our communities who have either given up on this program because they have been using the old information. I would like to ask the Minister, will he make a public statement on this change so that the seniors are aware of it and if it's going to be retroactive to September of last year and that notice can go out as soon as possible, so they can be made aware of this change?
