Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, I cannot advise the honourable Member on that. I think I have to take the position that the government has taken. We are working on new wildlife legislation and there is a process we have agreed upon with our partners the Inuvialuit, the Gwich'in and the Sahtu. The Dogribs have also started to get involved in this whole process. So there is a partnership deal on how to proceed with the process. At this point, we have to stick with what the game plan is and what we agreed to on the process. Thank you.
