Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Thank you, colleagues. Mr. Speaker, the Minister of Education, Culture and Employment has always basically indicated that the district education council and the DEAs should work it out amongst themselves. Mr. Speaker, it's not working. In fact, it is broken beyond repair. As far as I and a lot of others are concerned, I demand that this Minister do something about it for the sake of our students.
