I'm pleased to announce I did a press release yesterday announcing that we would help the private developers reduce their risk from 25 down to 15 percent on commercial units, and down to 10 percent on private home ownership, as well as reducing the interest from 1.5 percent down to half a percent to help new developers facilitate more rapid growth in terms of meeting those housing needs in those communities that can well afford it. So that's one of the many strategies we will be implementing over the next several months. Thank you, Mr. Speaker.
