Thank you, Madam Chair. That's a correct assumption. At the workshop in October all the partners did agree with the proposal. They did agree in concept to the idea of a new board. They set some criteria for what they thought was needed to make the board work. They've gone back and consulted and the goal for the March workshop is to finalize that new structure and make a recommendation to the Minister. The Member is correct, originally that second workshop was scheduled for December, but because of people's schedules it was put off until March at a time when everybody could participate.
