Thank you, Mr. Speaker. My question is for the Minister responsible for the Northwest Territories Power Corporation, the Honourable Joe Handley. Mr. Speaker, I reviewed the mission statement of the power corporation and within that statement, it commits to the following guidelines: "To treat employees, customers and others with fairness, dignity and respect. To be responsive to our customers and their changing needs and to communicate in an open and timely manner."

Before the beginning of the Legislature each day, we say a prayer asking for guidance as we work for the benefit of all our people. Mr. Speaker, I take this to mean equal benefit to all Northerners regardless of where they live. Mr. Speaker, my question for the Minister is what is the Cabinet doing to bring the issue of a one-rate zone back on the table? Thank you, Mr. Speaker.
