Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, my question today is for the Deputy Premier and it's regarding the statement he made earlier about the results coming out of the Premier's meeting in Ottawa regarding health care funding. Mr. Speaker, I must say the last thing I did last night before going to sleep was to hope for good news this morning, and I was happy to hear about the extra money that will be coming our way when I heard it for the first time this morning. I appreciate that the details are not final yet, but I do think that we have reached a historical milestone in that a separate territorial health fund has been created. My question to the Deputy Premier is for more elaboration on what's meant by a floor of $60 million to be allocated on the basis of $20 million. Can you elaborate any more than what is stated there? Thank you, Mr. Speaker.
