Thank you, Mr. Speaker. I have to thank Members on this side for giving me an opportunity to ask as many questions as I have today. I'd like to send this question over to the Minister of Resources, Wildlife and Economic Development. Following up on earlier questions I had this week regarding the MOU that was signed, I would just like to know from the Minister, if in fact the Department of Justice reviewed the agreement to ensure it met all the constitutional requirements that we're under.
