The information I am getting is it's going to community governments. I am assuming it's to municipal governments. I would like to know more about how this works. Are sports organizations allowed to apply to this under each municipal government? For example, how do groups in Yellowknife apply for this? Do they go to the City of Yellowknife to apply for this? I want to know if this is a program that is available to sports groups to apply for. Thank you.
