Mr. Speaker, I am sure that each time we get together to discuss the collective agreement, that there will be proposals brought forward on this and other matters. I know there were proposals brought forward in the past and there were discussions made. Since the mandatory leave without pay days was introduced, there have been some changes, so we are continually working with the union to make this a good program for our employees and for their members.
