Thank you, Mr. Chair. This is an area where the district office works delivering programs and services. I know sometimes we have other departments that deal with departments and things like that. I would like to ask them if they have the technical skills to do assessments on structure, multiple structures, multiple dwellings; if they have the technical people there who could help other departments, like DPW does?
