Thank you, Mr. Chairman. Just for the record, we don't have a mandate to provide professional housing, per se. What we are saying is that we can and we have increased the loan guarantee program from $10 million to $30 million. That would allow private developers to enter into the commercial rental market at 15 percent equity, and that's what we're advocating at this point to try to stimulate that sort of professional housing development.
