Mr. Speaker, your committee has been considering Bill 3, Appropriation Act, 2003-2004, Committee Report 4-14(6) and Committee Report 5-14(6), and would like to report progress with four motions being adopted and that Bill 3 is ready for third reading, as amended and, Mr. Speaker, I move that the report of Committee of the Whole be concurred with.
