Mr. Speaker, I understand that the Member is concerned about the way we operate as a government and we have been very open and transparent as we can be, as a government, more so than at the beginning of the session. I think we have developed processes that we work with Members on the other side through the whole budgeting process. In fact, we go through the budgeting process twice behind closed doors before we take it out here with the process we just ended a few days ago with the main estimates. There are different situations that arise and different requests that come. There is the request of the addition of dollars in one project or another in different communities. Those types of issues come to Cabinet and we consider them. If it's money, it goes to FMB and perhaps the question there is that Members would like to know as soon as possible when different requests for additional dollars go before Cabinet and FMB. Perhaps that is what the request is. If I am anticipating the concern properly, perhaps we should find a mechanism to inform them as quickly as possible whenever a project is considered that is of an emergency nature and there are extraordinary decisions made above and beyond the normal process. Perhaps that is the thing we should be considering here. Thank you.
