Thank you, Mr. Speaker. I would just like to inform everyone in this House, the port road is going to happen if we don't do anything soon, and I think it's time this government took a step forward and made a decision on this. I would like to ask the Minister if he can take the first step and start communicating with the leaders out there. Obviously he works under direction and I would like to ask him if he could take that first step and start this process for the road into the resources.
