In this case, from what I have been told and my information here, the NWT Housing Corporation has been working with the staff in the regions, as early as last September, to start looking at how they could implement this. I understand there were letters that went out to individuals and regions. I have seen copies of the letter. In this case, I don't know the detail of what happened in the communities, but from what I am told, the work is to try to get the information to the people who are going to be affected and that is the responsibility of the people in the region to provide that consultation.
