Thank you, Mr. Chairman. I have some questions under diamond projects as well. The first question I have is just to follow up on what the Minister just stated. He indicated that there is more work to be done in terms of the questions and issues surrounding the definition of Canadian diamond. I would like to ask the Minister, what is the time frame that we have to work with this and when might we expect to see the result of this, or are we looking at something that would be an ongoing process, an ongoing struggle with the federal government?
