Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, I probably could tell you that there is no employment created in Fort Resolution or in Lutselk'e. I would like to ask the Minister though, who is delivering these programs and services at the community level? Where is it coming from? Who is assisting the delivery of it at the community level?
