Thank you, Mr. Speaker. As we have heard, there are many concerns about board structures, governance and accountability here in the NWT. Mr. Speaker, along with my Member's statement about where we might be in the future when it comes to board governance, I have questions about the accountability frameworks we are trying to develop and how that would work in the future when self-government discussions are concluded and implementation of those self-government agreements are put into practice. Mr. Speaker, I would like to ask the Deputy Premier if there is a framework that's being developed by this government to work with the boards and agencies that deliver programs on behalf of our government.
