Thank you, Mr. Chairman. The Business Advisory Panel was made up of the construction association, the manufacturing association and there were a couple of other members on this panel. They put together a manufacturing initiative and we are currently reviewing it and once we've done that in the next little while, we will be releasing it for the Members. On the manufacturing sector, in the BIP, there was mention of interim manufacturing and this is how it was dealt with, so we broke it out and set up this panel to give us ideas and direction on how to proceed.
