Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, we have two existing boards right now, the Business Credit Corporation and the NWT Development Corporation. Members of the board are fully aware of the decision to amalgamate these two along with the other functions of RWED. We have discussed this at length and everyone is aware of it. As a Cabinet, we agreed to go for this amalgamation after a number of years of study. We see it as a task for Fred Koe, working along with two different boards, to try to amalgamate the workings of these boards. I don't know if I am answering your question.
