Again, I am going to refer to my reply yesterday, all LHOs, district offices, the stakeholders and those who have a vested interest in the policy have received training throughout a period of time. We have provided a communication strategy that outlines dates, times and places and each one has received adequate training and, to our knowledge, are satisfied with that level of training.
